Our experienced property engineers will undertake a Legionnaires Risk Assessment on behalf of landlords. The risk assessment will include a site visit, survey, water testing and a full report. In most cases our assessments show that there there is no risk of legionnaires disease indicating that the landlord is managing the property correctly. This means no further action is needed. However, we recommend landlords undertake a legionella risk assessment every two years to ensure the health and safety of your tenants.
